1. Sweet potatoes to slow down the aging process

I love sweet potatoes and knowing they are one of the best antioxidant foods makes me love them even more. They contain carotene that turns into vitamin A, helping to slow down the aging process. Sweet potatoes are also low in calories, with around 50 calories per one small sweet potato. My favorite way to make them is to cut them up into chunks and then bake in the oven. I have them for a morning snack for the week.
