Here’s a fancy, healthy and extremely easy recipe for how to cook fish baked in parchment. And best of all, there’s no clean up!

What You’ll Need:

Fish:
Cod is always delicious
Veggies:
Pick some veggies you’re in the mood for. We suggest spinach, garlic, tomatoes, sun-dried, tomatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms
Seasoning:
Our favorites are olive oil, white truffle oil, sea salt, white pepper, and crushed red pepper
Parchment paper

4 Easy Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2. Place fish on the parchment, cover it with chopped veggies, and sprinkle with
seasoning
3. Wrap the whole thing up like a little packet
4. Place it in the oven for 20 minutes
