Salmon ceviche is refreshing, healthy and yummy! Here’s a really simple recipe you can make at home to enjoy on the weekends (or any day really). Just be sure to only use SUSHI GRADE SALMON and keep refrigerated!
What you will need for this recipe:
- Salmon filets (WARNING: Only use “sushi grade” salmon for this recipe)
- 1 cup lime juice
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Onion, tomato, cilantro mixture
- Salt and pepper
How to make the ceviche:
Take salmon filets and cut them up into small pieces. Pour lime juice over salmon pieces and marinate in refrigerator for an hour. Chop up an onion, a tomato, and cilantro into a mixture. Combine mixture with the marinated salmon pieces. Pour 4 tbsp of apple cider vinegar over mixture. Add in avocado and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
