Ever wonder what it takes to be good in bed? Let’s be honest, most of us have thought about this at one point or another, and we probably worry about it too.
Here’s a brutal truth: Everyone is both great in bed and sucks in bed. Yes, there is a level of sexual competence that we all get to, allowing us to sufficiently know our way around the bedroom. However, once we reach this level, whether or not we are good in bed is highly subjective and due mostly to two things, chemistry and passion. This is why the same person can disappoint one lover and be amazing to another, and this happens constantly.
This fact is actually more uplifting than it is depressing because knowing it relieves a lot of pressure about being good in bed all the time – which is, to some extent, impossible. Knowing this, we can just be ourselves in bed, and feel good about it.
